Fender mends new and old features such as an Alder body and '50s Maple V neck while the sculpted neck heel adds comfortable feel and easy access to the upper register. The 3-ply tortoise shell pickguard comes upgraded with the EMG DG20 David Gilmour pickups. This set utilizes their ivory Alnico loaded SA single coil pickups, an EXG Guitar Expander for increased treble and bass frequencies, and an SPC presence control to enhance your Strat's earthiness and mid-range. A 2-point tremolo with a cold-rolled steel block increases sustain, clarity and high-end sparkle. Fender branded hardshell case and maintenance booklet included.
