Guitar Villa is proud to offer Music Therapy, as well as Art Therapy, for individuals with learning and / or special needs. This will be provided by an accredited Therapist, in a private setting and application for this program is separate from our traditional lesson program.

Individuals who may benefit from this program include, but are not limited to, individuals functioning within the Autism spectrum, those with learning disabilities and even those individuals who simply need relief from everyday stress in their lives. Typical applicants may be children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly with mental health needs, developmental and learning disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease and other aging related conditions, substance abuse problems, brain injuries, physical disabilities, and acute and chronic pain, including mothers in labor and over achievers with massive stress in their lives. Musical and artistic ability are not prerequisites for inclusion in this program. Relief and wellness is the ultimate goal.
